Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return an unused product within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Cases:

  • The item received differs from what was ordered.
  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • The item does not fit due to incorrect sizing.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags, stickers, warranty booklets, manuals, and packaging intact.
  • You must provide images of the product and its packaging to initiate the return process.

Non-Eligible Return Cases:

  • The product has been used or tried outdoors.
  • Signs of wear and tear or damage not caused during delivery.
  • Missing packaging, manuals, tags, or any essential product elements.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team at visorbrosenterprise@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will process the return within 2 business days.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. COD returns will not be accepted.
  4. Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit (less original shipping charges) within 7-14 business days.

Warranty and Defects:

  • Warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
  • Customers can reach out with defect-related concerns at visorbrosenterprise@gmail.com, attaching pictures and a summary of the issue.

Liability Disclaimer:

  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to external factors such as logistics partner delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Our liability is limited to the order value in case of disputes.
